French Art Deco Clock with side ornamentation. Manual wind. In need of repair

  

The clock, unfortunately, stopped working in Feb'20 but I'm sure it's repairable. Not really an antiques expert myself so can't say much more. Obviously due to the fragility of the item this for collection from either Blackpool or Morecambe. Any questions I'll do my best to answer.
